We’ve done our best to list all the questions you might have — whether you're hesitating before placing your order or wondering about something after you've confirmed it. If you don’t find the answer you’re looking for, feel free to send us an email — we’ll be more than happy to help.

How much does it cost?

The price of your Petit Cube depends on the little gift you choose to include inside.
The Petit Cube itself costs £14.95, and the price of the small gift starts at £2.95 (subject to availability). We currently deliver within the UK only, with several delivery options available at checkout. If a delivery option doesn’t appear, it means it’s unfortunately unavailable at the time you’re placing your order.

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver within the UK only.

If you’d like to send a Petit Cube abroad in the future, stay tuned — we’re working on expanding our international delivery options soon!

When will my order be delivered?

Each Petit Cube is carefully prepared and dispatched, usually the next working day after your order is confirmed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose.

For UK orders, delivery generally takes 2 to 4 working days once your parcel has been dispatched. If you choose next day delivery, make sure your order is placed before 2pm the day before (business working days).

You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey right to your door.

I have a delivery problem — what should I do?

MY TRACKING STATUS HASN’T MOVED
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 72 hours, the parcel may be delayed.

Please email us at hello@petitcube.co.uk and we’ll contact the courier to locate it and get things moving (or arrange a replacement if needed).

TRACKING SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT

  1. Check common spots: letterbox, safe place, porch, bins, garage.
  2. Ask neighbours or building reception — a third party may have accepted it.
  3. Look for a delivery photo or courier note in your tracking.

    If you still can’t find it, email hello@petitcube.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier.

MY PARCEL WAS RETURNED TO SENDER
This usually happens when the address was incomplete/incorrect, or the parcel wasn’t collected from a pickup point in time.

Email hello@petitcube.co.uk with your full, correct delivery address and we’ll sort out the next step.

Where is my order made?

All our Petit Cubes are made in the UK, where each one is printed, cut, folded, and assembled by hand with the same care and attention that make Petit Cube so special.

Every order is crafted locally, ensuring quality and a personal touch from start to finish.

Oops, I made a mistake in my message — what should I do?

Please email us as soon as possible at hello@petitcube.co.uk with your order number and the correction you’d like to make.

We’ll do our very best to update it before it’s printed!

However, our little elves sometimes work very fast — if your Petit Cube has already been shipped, unfortunately we won’t be able to make any changes.

I can’t place my order — what should I do?

We do our best to make your shopping experience as smooth and intuitive as possible. If you’re having trouble placing your order, it might be due to your browser or device. Try ordering from another browser (like Safari or Chrome) or another device. If the problem continues, our website may be experiencing a temporary bug.
In that case, please email us at hello@petitcube.co.uk with a short description of what’s happening — we’ll look into it and fix it as quickly as possible.

Is the invoice sent inside the parcel with the Petit Cube?

No — the invoice is not included in the parcel. It is sent by email instead, so the Petit Cube can be delivered as a gift without prices enclosed.

What photo format should I use?

Each Petit Cube includes four square photos. When you upload your pictures, you can use our crop tool to make sure they fit perfectly — no heads cut off (even Granny’s!).

If the cropping tool doesn’t appear — for example, when ordering from your phone — try switching to a computer or tablet, or use a different browser such as Chrome.

Please keep in mind that print quality depends on the quality of your photos. If a picture is poorly framed or has low contrast or lighting, we unfortunately can’t correct it before printing.

What is the size of the Petit Cube?

The Petit Cube measures 8 × 8 × 8 cm.
It’s delivered in a protective shipping box measuring 15 × 15 × 8 cm.

Can I order a Petit Cube for myself?

Of course! Don’t feel guilty about treating yourself — you deserve a little surprise too!

For what occasions can I offer a Petit Cube?

Sending a Petit Cube is a unique and thoughtful way to surprise someone special — a friend, a family member, or even a colleague — at any time of the year.

It makes the perfect birthday gift, a sweet Valentine’s surprise, a personal Christmas touch, or a lovely way to send encouragement for an exam or a new job.

There’s no wrong moment to make someone smile — after all, it’s the thought that counts.

Can I have a Petit Cube decorated with my own design?

Feeling creative? We love that! If you’d like to see your own patterns featured on our products, send us your portfolio with your best creations by email at hello@petitcube.co.uk — we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you’re looking to create a unique design for a special event or custom project (whether personal or business), just get in touch and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.

Can I give the Petit Cube in person?

Absolutely! You can have your Petit Cube delivered to your own address first, then hand it over in person.

You can keep it in its pretty shipping box (if it arrives in good shape) — or remove it, it’s entirely up to you.

And don’t worry — you can open the Petit Cube and close it again without leaving a trace, if you’d like to sneak a peek before gifting it! 🎁

What should I do if my Petit Cube arrives damaged?

Every Petit Cube leaves our workshop in perfect condition — but sometimes couriers aren’t as gentle as we’d like.

If your Petit Cube arrives damaged (which is very rare!), please email us at hello@petitcube.co.uk with:

  • your order number,
  • a photo of the damaged Petit Cube

We’ll of course find a suitable solution to make things right and ensure your surprise is perfect. 💛

Gifts inside the Petit Cube

Can I put several gifts inside the Petit Cube?

We know it’s not all about size… but sometimes, it is! It really depends on the volume of the items you’d like to combine.

Once you’ve chosen your first gift, we’ll suggest a few complementary items that fit nicely inside the Petit Cube.

If you’d like to include something else that isn’t shown on our website, just email us at hello@petitcube.co.uk — we’ll check whether your dream duo can fit inside the cube!

Can I add my own little gift inside the Petit Cube?

We know it’s tempting! But for now, we prefer to offer a curated selection of meaningful gifts that we’ve carefully chosen for you and your loved ones.

If you’re giving the Petit Cube in person, though, nothing stops you from adding a small extra surprise of your own — the cube can be opened and closed again without leaving a trace.

Can I order an empty Petit Cube?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to order an empty Petit Cube, as it would go against our all-in-one gift concept.

However, if you’d like to include your own little present, you can simply choose one of our cheapest gifts, then add yours when you receive the parcel.

The Petit Cube opens and closes easily without getting damaged — so you can personalise it your way!

Can I suggest a gift idea?

Can I order several Petit Cubes at once?

Of course! You can add several Petit Cubes or gifts to the same order — they’ll all be sent to the same delivery address.

Simply click “Continue shopping” after adding your first item to your basket.

Each Petit Cube is individually wrapped in its own beautiful patterned box, then packed together in a larger parcel for safe delivery — ready to gift straight away.

If you’d like to send Petit Cubes to different addresses, you’ll need to place separate orders, as each order can only be shipped to one address at a time.

What about the environment?

We care deeply about it!

Our boxes and papers are sourced from FSC-certified suppliers, ensuring responsible forestry and replanting of the trees used.

Petit Cube is an all-in-one gift solution — it’s a present, a card, and its own packaging, helping you avoid three separate purchases and reduce waste.

Our parcels are custom-sized to limit excess cardboard and protect your Petit Cube perfectly — with no filler or plastic packaging.

And remember: your Petit Cube isn’t meant to be thrown away! It can be kept as a little keepsake box, or the photos can be removed and kept like mini prints. 💚
